【国際理解】留学生によるメッセージ

令和５年９月から約１年間、フィンランドからの留学生が本校で過ごして（共に学んで）いました。

６月中旬に帰国するため、所属していた３学年の生徒に向けて、メッセージを送ってくれました。

「　Dear classmates, school friends and teachers

 My exchange year is about to come to an end. As I stand here, reflecting on the past year, I am filled with a mix of emotions: gratitude, nostalgia, and excitement for the future.

 When I first arrived in Japan, everything felt so new and unfamiliar. But thanks to the warm welcome and kindness from all of you, Japan quickly became a second home to me. You have all played a significant role in making my experience here unforgettable.

 To my teachers, thank you for your patience and dedication. You not only taught me the academic lessons but also shared with me the rich culture and traditions of Japan. Your guidance has been invaluable, and I will carry your lessons with me always.

 To my friends, thank you for the countless memories we have created together. From the school trip and festivals to sharing laughs and overcoming challenges, each moment has been a treasure. You have shown me the true meaning of friendship and have made my time here joyous and meaningful.

 As I prepare to leave, I am sad to say goodbye but also excited to take what I have learned here into the next chapter of my life. Japan has taught me so much about resilience, respect, and the beauty of cultural exchange. These lessons will forever be a part of who I am.

 Thank you all for being a part of this wonderful journey. Though I am leaving, I am taking with me a piece of Japan in my heart. I hope our paths will cross again in the future. Until then, I will cherish the memories and friendships that we have built together.　」
